Derftdan Resources Limited served as master trainers for the Sustainable Cashew Farming Technical and Vocational Education & Training (TVET) being implemented by the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Nigeria (AHK).

In April 2022, Derftdan Resources Limited served as master trainers for the Sustainable Cashew Farming Technical and Vocational Education & Training (TVET) being implemented by the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Nigeria (AHK). The training capacitated 80 cashew entrepreneurs in Ogun State, Nigeria. At the end of the training, 78 participants were certified. Some of the tasks completed by Derftdan during the program include:

(i) Reviewing of skill gap analysis report,

(ii) developing prequalification entry test and final assessment questions,

(iii) Implementing the cashew TVET training,

(iv) Carrying out monitoring and evaluation of trainees (logbook review) and

(v) Preparing a detailed training implementation report.
